We will do an electric bike route around the Bay of Fangar to Can Kensho, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the workshop of Kensho Sake, the first Mediterranean sake made with Rice from the Ebro Delta.
During the visit we will enjoy an explanation of rice culture and the process of creating sake + tasting Kenshō products: 4 sakes, amazake and vegan tapas with miso.
It is an electric bicycle route in the middle of the rice fields to the sea, surrounding the Bay of Fangar. We will discover a great diversity of water birds that coexist between fresh and salt water forming this inhospitable environment of the natural park.
